Our Story


In July 1999, Softener Services started out as a small one man water softener servicing company with its sole focus to offer a quality service to domestic householders. From those humble beginnings, the company grew steadily over the years and now employs a team of engineers, fully trained and with unsurpassed skill levels within the water softener, RO and water filtration servicing industry. 

Today, our after sales service is as important as the initial contact sale, every single member of our team has a working knowledge of our products and endeavour to assist with all queries immediately.  

Whether it be an emergency call out, a scheduled maintenance visit, an everyday repair or a new replacement water softener, we endeavour to keep the client informed every step of the way. Our in-house procedures ensure that our client knows who, what and when any kind of contact is planned or being carried out by ourselves. 

Reviews are also carried out internally with site engineers to ensure the work being carried out is relevant, cost effective and to a high standard. This ensures that the customer is completely happy. 

Within this demanding and competitive field, our business has grown steadily due to following a strategy of ongoing investment supported by training. Investment has ensured that resources and equipment have been continually upgraded while our training has kept our personnel fully up to date as technology advances and legislation changes.
