A water softener service for when you want peace of mind and peak efficiency, we will carry out a full service and inspection along with a resin clean to bring your Water Softener totally back to life.
Service includes:
- Test water and confirm functionality
- Check and lubricate moving parts and seals
- Check motors and gears for wear or damage
- Clean internal components on the valve and brine assembly
- Check and reset the controller assembly
- Discuss any parts requiring replacement prior to fitting
- Confirm the bypass is fully operational
- Apply a resin clean to maintain efficiency
- Advise the customer of any issues
Repair Service
Breakdown Visit
Repair service for a water softener breakdown. Our engineers can give advice on the remedial work required to repair your softener. They will quote for the repair and you can decide if you want to go ahead. If you decide not to repair your softener you will be charged just our standard call out charge.
Task:
- Test water and confirm functionality
- Establish the reason for the product failure and discuss the reason for any problems to assist the customer
- Identify any parts needed for the repair
- Quote for repair
- Clean internal components on the valve and brine assembly
- Check and reset the controller assembly
- Confirm the bypass is fully operational
Health Check
Ideal for new owners
A health check is ideal for new owners and will ensure your water softener is providing soft water throughout the house. It’s ideal for new owners, providing the reassurance of our total care.
Task:
- Test water on both hot and cold taps in the property
- Test water pressure
- Confirm functionality
- Check and adjust controller settings
- Confirm and explain the operation of the bypass
- Advise on the need for any maintenance or repair

Most water softener manufacturers recommend an annual service check. When did you last have yours done? Give us a call and we can arrange to visit and make sure you are getting all the benefits of soft water.
Is your softener not working, using too much salt or no salt at all? Give us a call and we will arrange a repair visit.
Not sure if your softener is working properly or having doubts about whether your water is soft? We can pay a visit and carry out a simple health check and advise if any further work may be required. Or maybe you have moved into a property that already has a softener installed and need advice. Call for further details, a fee will apply.
